.Tribulation Fuzz Pedal.

The Tribulation Fuzz is based on the Black Acid Tone Distorter from Emanating Fist Electronics, which to put it simply is a BEEFED up fuzz face.

Most of the time the fuzz face is referenced alongside Jimi Hendrix, but this version would be more accurate to compare with Fu Manchu; LOUD, FUZZED OUT, and LOUD.

With a few modifications, namely changing the internal bias trim pot to an external knob, this fuzz face circuit is a step above most fuzz face variants. Set it to almost 0V so you can get as close to that dying battery tone as you want which will also give you those hints of upper octave bleeding through. Then I throw in an old school paper-in-oil capacitor in the output stage to give your tone a really smooth finish.. Capable of a wild range of tones from mild overdrive to old school dying battery fuzz to more modern full on raging fuzz machines, this pedal is capable in any tribulation!

The Tribulation Fuzz is built with a silent, hold or tap footswitch system that you can stomp like a normal footswitch to engage or bypass, or stomp and hold to engage as long as you hold it. 9v 2.1mm Center-negative power supply only.
